About the program
This application evaluates your discount eligibility for Quantum Meta Health services under the Global Balance Program (GBP). Please provide a clear and specific reason for your request so your status can be properly reviewed. Always include your proof type and email address when submitting.
If approved, your personal discount coupon code will appear in your Account. Once your rate and coupon code are issued, the decision is final and remains valid for 12 months. After this period, a new application is required.
Not all GBP applications are approved, and some requests may not qualify for relief. Our Global Balance Program Team will carefully review your application and respond as soon as possible.
